Bath Junction Shortlisted for Best Housing Scheme 2022

One of our large ongoing projects has been shortlisted for the Best Housing Scheme at the Planning Awards 2022!

Designed for developer Watkin Jones Group, Bath Junction is a unique mixture of build-to-rent and purpose built student accommodation, responding to a need for affordable homes and the desire to retain graduates in the university city of Bath.

The plans incorporate sustainable, contemporary design along with amenity spaces, car parking and bike storage.
