Martins Bank receives planning approval
29/11/2022

The iconic Martins Bank building has received planning permission and listed building consent from Liverpool City Council, allowing plans for 140,000 sq ft of grade A office accommodation to go ahead.
Brock Carmichael have worked closely with developer Kinrise, planning consultant Arup, pre-construction advisor Lendlease, and architects Red Deer to get this huge project over the line, which will see the long-vacant building transformed into a carbon neutral, high quality office building in Liverpool City Centre.
The scheme will see the upper floors converted into offices, while the ground floor will house community space and a restaurant in the former banking hall.
Martins Bank is due for completion in 2024.
