Two schemes shortlisted at Insider North West Residential Property Awards 2023

Two Brock Carmichael schemes, Foxwood & Sycamore and Spinners Brook, have been shortlisted at the Insider North West Residential Property Awards 2023.

Foxwood & Sycamore, a large housing development in Warrington for Incrementum Housing, is up for Housing Development of the Year (more than 50 houses), while Spinners Brook in Hoddleston, for Kingwood Homes, has been nominated for Deal of the Year.

Both of these ongoing developments showcase a wide range of skills, incorporating sustainable design while meeting a need for housing in the local area.
