Phil joined Brock Carmichael in June 2016 and became a Partner in 2020. He is an experienced Architect comfortable at all levels of the job from client briefing through the design process to construction and project/design management.

He has worked on a wide range of both public and private sector funded projects and gained plentiful experience at a number of practices in the North West since graduating from Leeds Beckett University in 1999.

Phil is also a board member at Liverpool BID Company.
