Richard joined Brock Carmichael from 1990 – 1994 and remembers in particular a project then undertaken by Geoff Jamieson and colleagues at the practice, the locomotive shed for the Port of Preston.

After leaving to work for a property developer he returned to Brock Carmichael in 1998 when he was involved with the redevelopment of Beetham Plaza and the Campbell Square regeneration.

​

Departing in 2002 to further broaden his experience he worked for house builders, developers and other practices returning to Brock Carmichael in 2019 to become a valued member of the team here with experience in new build, refurbishment and renovation projects.

Richard is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (ACIAT).
