Thomas Greenhill

Architect

BA(Hons), MArch

Thomas joined Brock Carmichael in September 2018 having qualified as an Architect a year before, with recent experience working on a large student residential scheme in Coventry from planning to construction.

While obtaining his master’s degree, Thomas spent a month working at the British Pavillion at the Venice Biennale of Architecture 2015 which explored post war housing in the UK, prompting ideas of how architects can affect change in the present day.

This led to a final year thesis on how floating housing could be implemented in the UK as a means to reduce the housing shortage. While he has not yet worked on a floating home, his keen interest in alternative housing solutions and lessons from the past remains.
